How are jackpot prizes determined?

Jackpot prizes start at a fixed minimum and grow (roll over) with each draw that produces no winner. A percentage of every ticket sold is added to the prize pool. If multiple players match all winning numbers, the jackpot is shared equally among all winners. Lower-tier prizes (matching 3, 4, or 5 numbers) are fixed amounts set by PCSO.
